Gemi İnşa ve Deniz Festivali, Ulsan'da gemi inşa sanayinin merkezinde olup, Kore'de en popüler yaz kutlamalarından biridir. Olay Ilsan Plajının çevresindeki alanlarda gerçekleşir. Bu plaj Kore'de üç yıl üst üste ''Kore'deki En iyi Plaj'' olarak seçilmiştir.
Festival, olayları uygulamalı deneyim çeşitleri dahil olmak üzere geniş bir yelpazede sunmaktadır. Programlar, yarışmalar, etkinlikler, vb.. Yaz festivalinde ana etkinlikler (başrolde ünlü şarkıcılar ve diğer ünlüler), yaratıcı tekne yapma yarışması, kumdan heykel yarışması / sergisi, balık tutma, el yapımı minyatür tekne programı, su üzerinde çalışma etkinliği, buz oyma gösterisi, su sporları ve uluslararası plajda voleybol maçı..

Introduction
The Shipbuilding & Sea Festival held in Ulsan, the center of the nation’s shipbuilding industry, is one of the most popular summer celebrations in Korea. The event is held in the neighborhood around Ilsan Beach, a beautiful beach which was named “Best Beach in Korea” three years in a row.
The festival offers a wide range of events including a variety of hands-on experience programs, contests, activities, more. Main events include the Summer Festival (featuring famous singers and other celebrities), creative boat making contest, sand sculpture contest/exhibit, fishing contest, miniature boats craft program, ‘running on water’ event, ice carving demonstration/display, water sports, and a beach volleyball match for internationals.
