Tteoljam (떨잠)



Tteoljam, çoğu zaman değerli taşlar ve mücevherle süslenen geleneksel bir tokadır. Şekli kelebeğe benzer ancak yuvarlak ve kare şeklinde olanları da sık kullanılır. Bu tokayı asil bayanlar resmi törenlerde ve resmi kıyafetleri ile kullanırlardı. Üstünde yeşim, inci, mercan gibi değerli taşlar bulunur.

Tteoljam is a traditional hairpin generally embellished with jewels and gems. Its shapeis similar to butterfly but the ones with a shape of a circle or square are often used. Noble women wore these hairpins together with their royal clothes during royal ceremonies. Jade, pearl and coral are used to decorate these hairpins.
