Traditional Korean Folding Screens / 병풍 / Geleneksel Kore Paravanları

Korelilerin çoğunda artık paravan bulunmuyor. Fakat evin büyük erkek çocuklarında paravan bulunur ve Chuseok, Seolnal gibi özel günlerde ya da aile büyüklerinden biri öldüğünde bütün kardeşler ve çocukları en büyük abinin evinde toplanır ve burada Kore paravanı da olur.

English:

Most of Korean don't have folding screens. But, first sons have them Korean hold a memorial service for my ancestors in special days. Special days mean chuseok (korean thanks giving day), seolnal(new day of new year) and the days my ancestor passed away. Siblings and their childeren go to do it in first son's house in special days. Then, usually in early morning, they do it folding them backward.
