Otelin ön tarafinda Taebaek Dagi (Taebaeksan), otelin arka tarafinda ise Baegam Dagi ( Baegamsan) ve O2 Resort bulunur. Ilk basta guesthouse (misafir evi) olarak açildi. Tasarimi insanin kendini rahat ve dogal bir ortamda hissebilecegi sekilde yapildi. Dekorasyon ise Kore ruhunu yansitabilen, geleneksel Kore evleri seklindedir. Duvarlarin tamami (iç ve dis duvarlar) kirmizi kille yapilmistir. Isitma sistemi de modern sekilde dizayn edilmistir.

This bed and breakfast faces the scenic Taebaeksan Mountain and turns its back to Baegamsan Mountain and O2 Resort. Although only recently opened as a guesthouse, the buildings dotting its enclosed lot are ancient homes, built over a century ago. These homes were transported from their original locations in Gyeongsangbuk-do towns such as Gyeongju, Yeongcheon and Gyeongsan. They are the textbook examples of successfully-updated traditional homes. While remodeled into convenient contemporary habitations, in all practical aspects, original period details are preserved as much as possible so that the spirit and style of these traditional Korean homes are kept alive and intact. Both the interior and exterior walls are finished with red clay in all of the houses. Equipped with a modern heating system, all of them also have a traditional wood-fired stove. The spacious yard has a barbecue area and play structures and game equipment. For outdoor activities, the landlord provides a large straw mat to sit on.
