Pyeongyang Sutgol Naengmyeon dört nesildir ve 50 yıldan fazla süredir sürdürülmüştür. Bu soğuk noodle'ın malzemeleri diğer bölgelerdekilerden farklıdır. Noodle (%90 karabuğday, %10 un) ve et suyu (%30 tavuk suyu, %70 soğuk Kimchi çorbası) içerikleri arasında yer alır.

Pyeongyang Sutgol Naengmyeon preserves has lasted for four generations and for more than 50 years. This cold noodle’s ingrediants are different from those of other regions. They include: (buckwheat 90%, and flour 10%), and beef broth (chicken broth 30%, cold Kimchi soup 70%).
