Burası, Seoul Büyükşehir İdaresinin hazırladığı ve Seoul Manevi Kültür Mirası Koruma Derneğinin işlettiği bir eğitim ve sergi yeridir. Burada, kendi yollarında ilerleyen ve üstadların yaşamını ve değer verdikleri geleneksel kültür ve sanatı anlamak mümkündür. Yetenekli kişiler, tüm Seoul Manevi Kültür Mirasları için doğrudan tanıtım, sunumlar ve dersler sağlarlar. Açık bir hanok türü olarak herkese açık olduğundan sunum sürecini izlerken sanat eserinin açıklamasını dinlemek mümkün. Küçük tahta dolaplar, toprak kaplar, halk resimleri, lake sedefler ve geleneksel müzik aletleri gibi Seoul Manevi Kültür Mirası eserlerini anlamak ve düğüm, dikiş, nakış ve kum boyama zanaatları eğitim programına katılmak mümkündür.

This is the place of education and exhibition prepared by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and operated by the Seoul Intangible Cultural Asset Preservation Association. Here it is possible to appreciate the life of the masters who have walked his or her own way and the traditional culture and art cherished by them. Holders of the skills provide direct explanations, presentations, lessons for all of Seoul Intangible Cultural Assets. It is possible to listen to the explanation for the piece of work while watching the process of presentation since it is open to anybody as an open type hanok (traditional Korean house). And it is possible to appreciate the pieces of work of Seoul Intangible Cultural Assets such as small wooden cabinets, potteries, folk paintings, lacquered mother-of–pearls and traditional musical instruments closely, and it is possible to participate in the craftsmanship training program of knot, needlework, embroidery, and sand folk painting.
