Seon Byeong-guk House (선병국가옥)

1919 ve 1921 yılları arasında geleneksel evlerden daha büyük boyutlarda, Seon Byeong-guk evlerinin eşsiz mimari tarzı kullanılarak inşa edildi. Ev, bir iç bölüm, bir bireysel bölüm ve bir tapınaktan oluşan üç bölüme ayrılmıştır. İç ve dış duvar olmak üzere iki duvarla çevrilidir. Bu ev, Sokni Dağı’ndan akan Samgacheon Nehri'nin ortasında yer almaktadır. Bu görüntü; bereketi, refahı ve devam eden nesillerin uzun ömürlü olmasını sembolize eden su üzerinde yüzen bir nilüfer çiçeğine benzer. Ev ayrıca yemyeşil çam ağaçlarıyla çevrilidir.

Introduction
Built between 1919 and 1921, the Seon Byeong-guk house’s unique architectural style uses dimensions greater than those of traditional houses. The house is divided into three sections: an inner house, a separate house, and a shrine. They are surrounded by two walls: an inner wall and an outer wall. The house lies in the middle of Samgacheon Stream which flows from Sokni Mountain. This design resembles a lotus flower floating on water, which symbolizes fertility, prosperity, and longevity for the generations of dwellers. The house is also surrounded by lush pine trees.
