Rhyu Si-min Güney Koreli bir politikacıdır.
Rhyu Si 28 Temmuz 1958 yılında doğdu. Seoul Ulusal Üniversitesi'nden mezun oldu ve Johannes Gutenberg Üniversitesi'nde de ekonomi bölümü okudu. 2006 Şubat ve 2007 Mayıs arasında Güney Kore Sağlık ve Sosyal Yardım Bakanı olarak hizmet verdi. 2002 yılından bu yana, kendi siyasi kariyerine başlamadan önce o hep ilerici ve liberal bir tutum sergiledi. UNDP meclisinde Deogyang temsilcisi oldu. 22 Mayis 2007 tarihinde istifa etti.18 Ağustos 2007 tarihinde de devlet başkanlığı adaylığını ilan etti.[/size]

Rhyu Si-min is a South Korean politician.
Rhyu Si-min was born on 28th July 1959. He is a graduate of Seoul National University with a degree in Economics, and master's from the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz in Economics. He served as the 44th Minister of Health and Welfare from February 2006 to May 2007. Before starting his political career since August 2002, he was having his continuous progressive and liberal attitudes. He was in the UNDP as an Assembly member (representative) for Deogyang A district. He resigned on May 22, 2007. He declared his presidential candidacy on August 18, 2007.
