Konusu:

Adam, 36 yaşında ve bekar bir dedektiftir. Kız da 19 yaşındadır. Yıllar önce, annesini kaybetmiştir. Gerçekten üzüntülüdür. Kendi tercihi değildir, ama eğitim için yurtdışına gider. Yurtdışında hiç bir şey gerçekleştiremez ve Seoul'e döner. Bu dünyadan nefret eder. Bir hırsızlık suçlamasıyla tutuklanır. Dedektif onun hakkındaki tüm hikayeyi öğrenir. Synosis:

The man is a detective, 36 years old, and single. The girl is 19. Years ago, she lost her mother. She was really distressed. She went abroad to study but not by her own choice. She accomplished nothing abroad, and returned to Seoul. She hates this world. She is arrested on a shoplifting charge. The detective learns all the stories about her. Sympathizing with her background, he himself pays back the victims of her shoplifting, and releases her. After that, they meet often. The detective begins to take care of her as a guardian. As time passes, he falls in love with her.
