Kral Mobon (? - 53) Goguryeo hanedanliginin besinci Krali idi. Saltanati 48 – 53 yillari arasinda gerçeklesmistir.
Samguk Sagi kayitlarina göre Mobon, Goguryeo hanedanliginin üçüncü hükümdari Kral Daemusin’in en büyük oglu idi. Kral Mobon babasi Kral Daemusin’in ölümünde Veliaht Prens olsada, genç yasi yüzünden Daemusin’in küçük kardesi Minjung tahta çikmistir.
Samguk Yusa kayitlarinda ise Kral Mobon, Kral Minjung’un agabeyi olarak geçmektedir.
Yine Samguk Sagi’ye göre kendisi sert ve inatçi bir karaktere sahipti ve halkinin ona bu yüzden gücenmesine maruz kalmisti. 49 yilinda Han Imparatorluguna birçok kez girisimde bulunmustur, ancak sonrasinda Han Imparatorlugu ile bir anlasma imzalamistir.
Kendisi bir Duro isminde bir saray nedimi tarafindan öldürülmüs ve Mobon-won mezarligina gömülmüstür. Ölümünden önce oglunu Veliaht Prens ilan etmis olsada, taht için güç yarislari olmustur.
Bazi alimler Kral Mobon’un Goguryeo hanedanliginin ikinci hükümdari Yuri ile baslamis olan Hae soyundan gelen son kisi olduguna inanmakta idi (hanedanligin altinci Krali Taejo, kurucu hükümdar Jumong’a bagliligi adina Go soyismini kullanmaya baslamistir.)

King Mobon of Goguryeo (? - 53) was the fifth king of Goguryeo. His reign was between 48 - 53.
According to the Samguk Sagi, Mobon was the eldest son of Goguryeo's third king Daemusin. Although Mobon was the crown prince at the time of Daemusin's death, because of Mobon's youth, Daemusin's younger brother Minjung ascended to the throne. Mobon became king upon Minjung's death.
However, in the Samguk Yusa, Mobon is described as Minjung's older brother.
The Samguk Sagi notes that Mobon's character was fierce and stubborn and he incurred the resentment of the common people. In the year 49, he attacked the Han Dynasty several times, but later signed a treaty with Han.
He was killed by a court official named Duro, from Mobon. He was buried in Mobon-won. He named his son Ik the crown prince, but upon Mobon's death, there was a power struggle for the throne.
Some scholars believe that Mobon was the last of the Hae surname line that began with Goguryeo's second king Yuri (the sixth king Taejo began the Go surname lineage attributing to the founding monarch Jumong.)
