Gelişmemiş bir alana ziyaretçi çekmek için; Eco-Park

The Magok Waterfront Parkı (Alan: 290 dönüm) gelişmemiş bölgeleri, yerli sakinler ve turistler için cazip bir kıyı haline dönüştürmek amacıyla, Seoul hükumeti tarafından desteklenen uluslararası en iyi tasarım yarışmasını kazanmış bir kalkınma modelidir.
Planlama 3 ana dalda özetlenebilir; en iyi olanaklarla donatılmış eğlenceli bir kıyı oluşturulması; göl parkı ve Kore'nin başkenti sayesinde, Han nehrinden en iyi şekilde yararlanmak için, amaca uygun imkan ve tesislerle dizayn edilmeli; ve ana projenin ana teması olarak, deniz kenarında bir park, liman tesisleri, dolaşım sistemleri ve savak tesisleri içermelidir.
Park, Magok'un doğal çevresini genişletmek ve sürdürülebilir bir eko sistem oluşturmak için desteklenmelidir. Kıyı, sürdürülebilir kalkınmaya başarılı bir örnek olmak amacıyla, kendi ekolojik çevresi dikkate alınarak tasarlanmalıdır ki bu nedenle kıyı, çevre bakımı ve güvenliği ile tasarlanmıştır. Bu durum, devletin üst düzey gelişme stratejisine, şehir çapında gerçekleştirilecek olan diğer büyük projelere öncü ve vatandaşların erişebilir düzeyde olmasına uygun olmalıdır.

Eco-park to attract visitors to undeveloped area

The Magok Waterfront park master plan (area : 290 acres) is a winning scheme of an international design competition sponsored by Seoul city Government to transform an undeveloped area into a friendly waterfront park attracting residents and tourists as a sustainable model of development.

The planning objectives can be outlined in three major issues; the creation of a waterfront leisure area equipped with related facilities and amenities; the park should be designed with all relevant leisure facilities and amenities to make the best possible use of the Han River that runs through the Capital City of Korea and the lake park; and the main components of the project must include a waterfront park, harbour facilities, circulation systems and floodgate facilities.

The Park should promote a sustainable ecosystem and spread the natural environment of Magok. The waterfront must be designed with the consideration of its ecological surroundings in order to successfully promote exemplary sustainable development - therefore the waterfront is designed with environmental maintenance and safety management in mind. It must conform to the higher level development strategy of the city government to make the river accessible to citizens and act as a spearhead in the actualization of this major City-wide project and should therefore be designed to be compatible with, and incorporate its vision.
