KOGAS – Kore Gaz Birliği’nin (Korea Gas Corporation) kısaltmasıdır. KOGAS 1983 yılında Kore Hükümeti tarafından kurulmuştur. Kuruluşundan beri dünyanın en büyük sıvı dogal gaz (LNG) taşıyıcı olmak için gelişmiştir.
KOGAS’ın amacı Koredeki insanlara temiz, güvenilir ve uygun enerji sağlayabilmektir. Birlik günümüzde doğal gaz temin etmek amacıyla 3 tane LNG merkezi işletmektedir. KOGAS dünyanın heryerinden doğal gaz temin etmektedir. Birlik doğal gaz üretmektedir, erişimini sağlamaktadır, arındırmak ve gaz ile ilgili ürünler satmaktadır, üretim ve dağıtım için gerekli tesisatları kurup işletmektedir ve yurtiçi ve yurtdışı marketlerine doğal gaz ulaşımını sağlamaktadır.
Birikmiş tecrübesi ve uzmanlığı sayesinde kurum yeni teknolojiler geliştirmektedir, işlerinin kapsamını genişletmektedir ve dünyadaki lider enerji şirketi olma hedefini gerçekleştirmek için yabancı projelere katılmaktadır.

KOGAS

KOGAS – is an abbreviation for Korea Gas Corporation. It was incorporated by the Korean government in 1983. Since its founding, it has grown to become the world's largest LNG importer.
The Corporation is fully committed to providing clean, safe and convenient energy to the people of Korea. KOGAS currently operates three LNG terminals.KOGAS imports LNG from around the world. It produces and supplies natural gas, purifies and sells gas-related by-products, builds and operates production facilities and distribution network, and explores, imports and exports natural gas for domestic and overseas markets.
On the foundation of its accumulated experience and expertise, the Corporation is actively developing new technologies, expanding the scope of businesses, and participating in foreign projects in our efforts to realize our goal of becoming a leading integrated energy company in the world.
