KBL Official Rules
KBL Official Rules are conducted in accordance with FIBA Official Rules, and accepted NBA Official Rule as needed.
The officials shall be a referee and two umpires. They shall be assisted by the table officials.
The game shall consist of 4 periods of 10 minutes. If the score is tied at the end of playing time for the 4th period, the game shall continue with as many extra periods of 5 minutes as is necessary to break the tie.
A player who has committed 5 fouls shall be informed thereof by the referee and must leave the game immediately.
A team is in a team foul penalty situation when it has committed 4 team fouls in a period. When a team is in a team foul penalty situation, all subsequent player personal fouls committed on a player who is not in the act of shooting shall be penalized by 2 free throws, instead of a throw-in.
Each team will consist of a maximum of 15 players including 2 foreign players. No more than 12 team members entitled to play.
Whenever a player gains control of a live ball on the playing court, his team must attempt a shot for a field goal within 24 seconds.
Whenever a player gains control of a live ball in his backcourt, his team must cause the ball to go into its frontcourt within 8 seconds.
KBL Resmi Kurallari
KBL Resmi Kurallar FIBA Resmi Kurallar uyarinca, yürütülen ve NBA Resmi Kural gerektigi gibi kabul eder.
Yetkililer bir hakem ve iki hakem olacaktir.Yetkililerin yardimci olacaktir.
Oyun 10 dakika 4 dönem olusacaktir. 5 faul alan bir oyuncu hakem tarafindan haberdar edilir hemen oyunu birakmak gerekir.
Bir takim, onun, bir dönemde 4 takim faulünü yaptigi zaman bir takim faul ceza durumundadir.
Her takim 2 yabanci oyuncular da dahil olmak üzere 15 oyuncu maksimum olusacak.
