K30, olarak adlandırılan "Biho sistemi", "Uçan Kaplan" anlamına gelir. Kendinden şevkli 30 mm AA ikili silah sistemi ile alçak irtifali hava hedeflerine karşı yüksek oranda, etkili öldürücü kabiliyete sahiptir.
AA silah sistemleri dünya çapında talep ve teknik trendlere uygun olarak, gelişmiş yüksek hassasiyetli atış kontrol sistemi ile benzersiz Kore yapımı bir modeldir, Kore yarımadası çevresinde artan yoğun hava tehdidiyle başa çıkmak için yüksek donanımlı olarak geliştirilmiştir.
Etkin bir sistem olan AA dünyanın diğer gelişmiş silah sistemleri ile karşılaştırılabilir.
K-30 projesi 1983 yılında ekonomik zorluklar ve teknik kesintilerine rağmen başladı.
K-30 projesi ile birlikte Koreli araştırmacılar ve mühendisler tarafından geliştirilmiş ilk yerli gelişmiş sistemli ILS elemanları tasarlanmış oldu.
Test sitesi gösteriyor ki, Live ateş test sonuçlarına göre bu sistem AA sınıfı benzeri diğer yabancı silah sistemlerine göre daha düşük maliyet ve üstün bir performans gösteriyor.
Bu sistem Kore askeri birliklerine teslim edildiğinde, hava tehditlerine, özellikle havaalanları ve mekanize zırhlı kuvvetler gibi önemli tesislerin savunmasında, alçak irtifada yüksek nişan kabiliyeti sayesinde dikkat çekecek derecede gelişmiş olacaktır.

K30, called "Biho system," (meaning "Flying Tiger.") is a self-propelled 30 mm AA twin-gun system which has high kill probability against penetrating low-altitude airborne targets.
In line with the worldwide AA gun systems' demands and technical trends, it has been developed as a unique Korean model equipped with the most advanced high precision Fire Control System so as to cope with the heavily increasing air threats around the Korean peninsula.
It is an effective system comparable to any other advanced AA gun system around the world.
K-30 project started in 1983 in spite of economical difficulties and technical shortages.
K-30 project is the first indigenous advanced weapon system that has been designed together with the ILS elements by the Korean researchers and engineers.
Live firing test results in the test site show that this system has a superior performance to other foreign AA gun systems of similar class with lower cost.
With the delivery of this system to Korean military units, their engagement capability of low altitude airborne threats will be remarkably improved specifically in the defense of crucial facilities such as airfields and mechanized armored forces.
