Jinhae Post Office /
Jinhae, Busan’a 40 dakika uzaklıkta küçük bir liman şehridir.

English:
Jinhae is a pleasant little port town about 40 minutes by bus from Busan. The Japanese developed the town as a naval base during the colonial period, and a navy town it remains today — it’s home to Commander-in-Chief Republic of Korea Fleet (CINCROKFLT) and the Republic of Korea Naval Academy.
Jinhae Post Office, one of the most beautiful and best preserved examples of colonial era architecture in Korea. OK, this has nothing to do with Kim Swoo-geun. The post office was built in 1914 by the Japanese in Russian-style. It was along the way to Masan, so I figured it would be worth a looksie, being as I am into colonial-era architecture. It’s a pretty little building that was probably worth the stop. It would have been even nicer if the Black and White Coffee Shop, which I had read about in OhMyNews the night before, had been open.
