Jeong Yongjun House - 정용준 가옥



Bu ev, evin bugünkü sahibi Jeong Yongjun'un büyük-büyük babası tarafından, gölet bulunan bir alan üzerine inşa etmiştir. Bu ev bir Bonchae (ana bölüm), bir köşk ve ayrı bir evden oluşur. Köşk göletin hemen yanında yer alırken, güneye bakan Anchae (iç bölüm), Sarangchae (dış bölüm), Araechae (ayrı bir ev) ve depo odası gibi bu evin bölümleri diğer binalardan ayrı olarak duruyor.

'Ilsimdang' olarak adlandırılan Anchae, bir ana oda, bir salon, bir "karşılıklı" oda, bir mutfak ve depo odasından oluşur. L şekilli yapı formatıyla oluşturulan "--" şeklindeki ana oda ve "|" şeklinde 3 oda büyüklüğündeki mutfak tipi genellikle Yeongnam (Gyeongsang Eyaleti) bölgesindeki evlerde görülmektedir. Mutfak ve evin ayrı bir kulübesi karşı karşıya durmakta ve değirmende bir koşu bandı bulunmaktadır. Kapının sağındaki Sarangchae'de, erkekler için bir oda, bir ana salon, bir kulübe ve bir oturma odası vardır. Kulübe, ana kapının sol tarafında yer alır.

Gölet, evin dışarısından akan küçük bir vadinin genişletilmesiyle yapılmıştır ancak yapay bir gölete benzememektedir. Ve köşk, bir salon ve bir Ondol (yerden ısıtma sistemli) odadan oluşmaktadır.

This house, built on a large site with a pond by the great-great grandfather of Jeong Yongjun, the present owner of this house, comprises a Bonchae (the main quarter), a pavilion, and a separate house. The sections of this house, such as the anchae (inner quarters), sarangchae (outer quarters), araechae (separate house), and storage sheds all face to the southwest while the pavilion, which is located beside the pond, faces to the south standing apart from the other buildings.

The anchae, called 'Ilsimdang', comprises a main room, a hall, an "opposite" room, a kitchen, and storage. The L-shaped structure, which is formed by a "--" shaped main room and a "|" shaped kitchen as big as 3-rooms, is usually seen at the houses in the Yeongnam (Gyeongsang Province) region. The kitchen and the shed of the separate house, facilitated with a cowshed, a mill, and a shed, stands facing to each other, and a treadmill is located in the mill. The Sarangchae, located to the right of the gate, has a room for men, a main hall, a shed, and a living room. The quarter for sheds is located to the left of the gate.

The pond, which was made by expanding the width of a little valley flowing over outside the yard of this house, doesn't look like an artificial one. And the pavilion consists of a hall and an Ondol (floor heating system)-room.
