Ana bina üçe iki 'kan' yapısı (bir 'kan' iki kolon arasındaki boşluğu belirtir) olup, ortada geniş bir tahta döşeli açık alan ve
sağda kapalı bir odaya sahiptir. Yapının solunda kare şeklinde ortasında geniş bir açık avlunun bulunduğu kadınlar bölümü vardır.
Imgyeongdang köşkünün arkasında kadınlar bölümünün solunda bir aile tapınağı (gamyo) bulunmaktadır.

This estate is named after the mid-Joseon dynasty scholar Kim Yeol, whose pen name was Imgyeongdang. The main building is a three by two kan structure (a kan refers to the space between two columns) with a large wood-floored open area in the center and an enclosed room on the right side. To the east of the structure is a square-shaped women's quarters with a large open courtyard at the center. An ancestral shrine sits behind Imgyeongdang pavilion to the left of the women's quarters.
