Sari Deniz'in Daebu ve Jebu Adalari'nin temiz havasi ve suyuyla beslenen Songsan-myeon üzüm baglariyla doludur. Songsan 37 kiyi köyünden olusmaktadir. Deniz kenari oldugundan dolayi, sicak hava kisin soguk rüzgarlarinin etkisini azaltiyor ve tuzlu deniz rüzgarlari meyveleri güçlendirip yazin seker degerlerini yükseltiyor. Songsan Üzümleri yüksek seker seviyeleri ve bal üzümleri gibi ince kabuklariyla bilinir. Songsan bal üzümleri gübreli organik maddelerle dolu ve besini depolamak için yüksek özelliklere sahip topraklarda büyür ve yükselen seker seviyesi için okyanus iklimden dolayi diger yerlerden daha sonra hasat edilir. Ayrica, vinil paketleriyle üzümleri örtmek gibi teknikler temiz kalmasini saglar, öyle ki tüketiciler, onlari yikamadan bile begenebilir.

Hsjurassic Village Grapes

Songsan-myeon, with the fresh air and pure water of Yellow Sea’s Daebu Island and Jebu Island, is filled with grape farms everywhere. Songsan is composed of 37 shore-side villages. As it is by the sea, the warm temperatures reduce the damages of the cold wave in winter and the salty sea winds strengthen the flesh of the fruits and increase their sugar level in the summer.
Songsan Grapes have high sugar level and thin peeling that they are known as honey grapes.
Songsan Honey Grapes are grown in soils that are fertile, full of organic materials and high viscosity to store nutrition and are harvested later than other places due to oceanic climate for increased sugar level. Also, techniques such as covering the grapes with vinyl packages allow them to remain pure, so that the consumers can enjoy them even without washing them.
