Bu bölüm tamamen Kwanghyun'un dönüşü ile ilgilidir. Ve tüm değişik tepkilerle! Myunghwan kızmıştır, Sungha gördüğüne mutlu olmuştur ama aynı zamanda hayal kırıklığına uğramıştır – tabi ki Jinyung ile hiçbir şansı kalmadığını biliyor. (Daha önce bunu farkına varması gerekirdi.) Prenses de dahil herkes Kwanghyun'u gördüğüne sevinmiştir. Ama tabi ki en önemlisi Jinyung ile tekrar bir araya geldiği duygusal andır. Myunghwan ve Kwanghyun ilk kez karşı karşıya gelirler. Ama ilgiler, ülkeyi başka bir sağlık kriziyle karşı karşıya bırakan hastaneye döner...

It’s all about the return of Kwanghyun in this episode. And all the different reactions to it! Myunghwan is outraged, Sungha seems glad but also disappointed – surely he knows this is the end of any chance he had with Jinyung. (Although he should have realised this before) Many are pleased to see Kwanghyun including the princess. But of course the main event is an emotional reunion with Jinyung. Myunghwan and Kwanghyun face each other for the first time too. But attention turns to the hospital as another medical crisis hits the country...
