Synopsis
Gangsters and smugglers ran wild in the city of Busan. One day, Goh Man-suk appeared who resembles a hedgehog with messy hair and shabby clothes. He is an investigator from the anti-
Communist special unit of police. Under a certain mission, Man-suk pursues the great spy, Pak Jung-ho. Known as the Viper, Jung-ho reigns over a smuggling ring. In the guise of smuggling, Jung-ho makes contact with North Korea. Meanwhile, when another rival smuggling ring grows in power, Jung-ho uses Hedgehog's guts and swift fist to obliterate the opposition. On the other hand, the other gang tries to use Hedgehog to get rid of the Viper. When the Viper finds out, he kills Hedgehog's wife and tries to forcibly get Hedgehog to defect to the north. Finally, after a deadly fight, the Viper kneels before Hedgehog.
