Goransa Tapınağı, Nakhwaam uçurumlarıyla çevirili Baengmagang nehrinin dibinde bulunur. Tapınağın Baekje Krallığının sonunda inşa edildiği tahmin ediliyor. Tapınağın tarihsel kaydı olmamasına rağmen, Baekje Krallığının krallarının burayı dinlenmek için kullandıkları söyleniyor.

Tapınağın arkasında Goranjeong diye adlandırılan, üzerindeki kayaların arasında Gorancho büyüyen bir yer bulunmaktadır. Baekje’nin kralları günde en az bir kere Goranjeong’dan su içerlerdi, işçiler iyi bir anlama geldiği işaret edilen suda yüzen Gorancho bitkisini getirdiler.

Tapınak ziyaretçileri, Baengmagang Nehri’nin manzarasının tadını çıkarmak için ayrıca zamanlarını ayırmalılar. Nehirde feribot yolculuğu yapmak görkemli manzaralar sunar.

Goransa Temple is located at the foot of Baengmagang River surrounded by cliffs of Nakhwaam. The temple is assumed to be built at the end of the Baekje Kingdom. Although there is no historical record of the temple, it has been said it was used as a resting spot for kings of the Baekje Kingdom.

There is a well-named Goranjeong behind the temple, with Gorancho (Crypsinus hastatus) growing between the rocks above the well. The kings of Baekje used to drink water from Goranjeong at least once a day, and the servants who brought the water floated the leaves of Gorancho plant as sign that it came from that well.

Visitors to the temple should also take some time to enjoy the beautiful views of Baengmagang River. A ferry ride along the river also offers splendid views.
