Geumganggul Magarasi, deniz seviyesinden yaklasik 600 metre yukarida olup, Seoraksan Dagi kayalarinin içindeki oyukta yer alir. Bu 23 metre karelik magara bir zamanlar, ibadet yeri olarak kullanilmis ve burada, tastan oturan Buda heykeli ve birkaç çanak çömlek bulunmaktadir. Magaraya çikan yol oldukça diktir. Ziyaretçiler buraya gelirken birkaç köprüden geçip, beton merdivenlerden çikmak zorunda kalirlar. Ancak, bunun sonucunda Cheonbuldong Vadisi'nin büyüleyici manzarasi ile mükâfatlandirilirlar.
Seorakdong'tan Geumganggul'a yapilan, ayrica Biseondae'den de geçilen doga yürüyüsü, 3.6 kilometre uzunlugunda olup, yaklasik 1 saat 40 dakika sürmektedir.

Hollowed into the rocks of Mt Seoraksan, about 600 meters above sea level, you will find Geumganggul Cave. This 23 square meters cave was once used as a place of worship, and contains a stone sitting Buddha and some earthenware. The route up the cave is quite steep, and visitors must walk across a few bridges and up concrete stairways. However, you will be rewarded with a captivating view of Cheonbuldong Valley.
The hiking trail from Seorakdong to Geumganggul Cave, which also passes by Biseondae, is 3.6 kilometers long and takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes.
