LEDApple (레드애플)



Led Apple ( Korece ismi 레드애플), LEDApple ya da Ledapple olarak bilinen, 2010 yılında Starkim Entertainment tarafından oluşturulan beş kişilik Güney Koreli bir rock grubudur. Grup şu anda Youngjun, Hanbyul, Hyoseok, Kwangyeon ve Kyumin'den oluşmaktadır.

LEDApple isminin "Led" kısmı " Mantık Egoizmini Sil" anlamındaydı ve ilk çıkış yaptıklarında da bu şekilde tanıtıldı. Ama CODA isimli mini albümlerinin çıkışından sonra bıraktılar. Bunun yerine sonunda onların rol-modeli, Led Zeppelin anısına atfen, " Ne zaman performans sergileseler LED gibi parıl parıl parla" şeklinde pratik bir açıklama ile anlamı değiştirildi. Grubun isminin içindeki "Apple" kelimesi, onların
piyasa çıkışlarında canlı görüntülerini ve müziklerini temsil etmesi gerekiyordu. 2011 yılından itibaren, LEDApple hayranları resmi olarak"Ledas" olarak bilinir.

Grup, Baek Ji-young'un aynı isimli şarkısının yeniden düzenlenmiş hali olan ve onların tanıtım singlerı "Dash" (Korece ismi 대쉬) ile 6 Ekim 2010 yılında ilk çıkışlarını yaptılar.

Led Apple (Korean: 레드애플), commonly stylized as LEDApple or Ledapple, is five-member South Korean rock band formed by Starkim Entertainment in 2010. The band currently consists of Youngjun, Hanbyul, Hyoseok, Kwangyeon and Kyumin.

The part "Led" in Led Apple stood for "Logic Egoism Delete" and was promoted during their debut but they stopped referring to it since their CODA mini-album was released. Instead they replaced it with a practical explanation of "shining as brightly as LED whenever they perform" which was eventually referred to as a tribute to their role-model, Led Zeppelin. The word "Apple" in the band's name is supposed to represent their fresh image as idols and fresh music that they release. As of 2011, fans of Led Apple are officially known as "LEDAs".

The band made their debut on October 6, 2010 with their promotional single, "Dash" (Korean: 대쉬), a remake of Baek Ji-young's song of the same name.Since their debut, the band have released six singles and three mini-albums.

2010 - 11: İlk Çıkışları, Gruptaki Değişimler ve Yükselen Popülariteleri

İlk çıkışlarından önce, grup üyesi Minyong Superstar K adlı tv showunda yarışmacıydı. Grup, beş kişiden oluşan yeni bir "idol rock grubu" olarak 27 Eylül 2010 tarihinde piyasaya çıktı. İlk çıkış singlelarının tanıtım videosu 29 Eylül'de yayınlandı. 06 Ekim 2010 tarihinde Busan Uluslararası Film Festivalinde orjinalini Baek Ji-young'un seslendirdiği şarkının yeniden düzenlenmiş versiyonu "Dash" ile performans sergilediler ve ertesi günde müzik videoları çıktı. Grubun single'ı, Logic Egoism Delete adlı single albümleriyle birlikte yayınlandı. Daha sonra 11 Kasım 2010 tarihinde Mnet'in M! Countdown programında tanıtım single performanslarıyla sahne ilk defa çıkmış oldular.

1 Şubat 2011 tarihinde grup üyelerinden I-OH, tüberküloz nedeniyle Twitter'da gruptan ayrıldığını açıkladı ama yinede şirkette kalacağını bildirdi. Grubun vokalistleri Minyong and Sunghyun daha sonra kişisel sebeplerden dolayı gruptan ayrıldı. Daha sonra katılan üç yeni üye ile grup mini albümleri Niga Mwonde (Korecesi: 니가 뭔데; ingilizcesi Who Do You Think You Are)'ı yayınladı. Hyoseok, Jaehoon and Kyumin ile birlikte Jaehoon grubun lideri oldu. 13 Haziran 2011 tarihinde mini albüm ve aynı isimli şarkılarıyla grup geri dönüş tanıtım videolarını yayınladı.

Niga Mwonde mini albümünün tanıtımı bittikten sonra, lider Jaehoon hiçbir bilgi açıklamadan kişisel nedenleri gerekçe göstererek gruptan ayrıldı. 28 Ekim 2011 yılında ünlü besteci Park Kwang-hyun'nun oğlu olarak bilinen Keon U'nun yaklaşan singleları için grubun yeni üyesi olacağı açıklandı. Bir diğer yeni üye Hanbyul'un 3 Kasımda hazırlanan tanıtım fotoğrafları sırasında grup lideri olduğu açıklandı ve böylece 6 kişilik bir grup oldular.

7 Kasımda, LEDApple'ın yeni bilim kurgu konseptiyle bir sonraki mini singleları CODA tanıtım videosu yayınlandı. 2 Aralık ile başlayan hafta, grubun mini albümü CODA, Gaon Chart'da etkileyici bir şekilde altı numarayı çıkmayı başardı. 15 Aralık 2011 tarihinde, LEDApple Wave K Super Rookies Awards'da "Anticipated Super Rookies for 2012" ödülüne aday gösterildi. Grup, Rania ve B1A4 dışında en yüksek oyla üçüncü seçildi.

2012- Günümüz: K-Çaylaklar Partisi, Vol. 1 ve Solo Konserler

29 Ocak 2012 tarihinde, LEDApple yeni singleları "Time Is Up"ın tanıtım videosunu yayınladı. Daha sonra Youngjun'un grubun yeni lideri olduğu açıklandı. 2 Şubat tarihinde Mnet'in M! Countdown programında yeni singleları "Time Is Up" ile geri dönüş performanslarını sergilediler ve ertesi gün şarkı yayınlandı. Müzik videoları 6 Şubat'ta yayınlandı ve sürekli müzik programlarında gösterilmeye başlandı. 5 Mart tarihinde grup Facebook sayfasında singleları "Time Is Up"ın tanıtımı bitirdiklerini açıkladı ve sonra dijital albümleri "Sadness"ı yayınladı. Singleları 9 Mart'ta piyasaya sürüldü ve KBS'in Music Bank programında ilk sahne performanslarınıı gerçekleştirdiler. 16 Mart'ta, K-Çaylaklar Partisine katıldıktan sonra ilk Japonya çıkışları olan Vol.1 konserini Japonya'nın Tokyo kentinde bulunan Nakano Sun Plaza da yaptılar.

"Sadness"ın tanıtımını bitirdikten sonra, Now Playing – Led Apple in Seoul, Vol. 1 adlı ilk solo konserlerini düzenleyeceklerini duyurdular. Konser 11 Mayıs'ta, Seul Soundholic City'de gerçekleşti.

5 Temmuz 2012 tarihinde üçüncü mini albümleriyle aynı ismi taşıyan "Run To You" adlı şarkını müzik videosunu yayınladılar.

5 Ekim 2012 tarihinde LEDApple, Hongdae'de bulunan v-hall'de "Now playing Led apple vol.2" adlı konserlerini verdiler.

5 Kasım 2012 tarihinde LEDApple, "Let The Wind Blow" isimli singlelarını yayınladılar.

LEDApple, şu anda haftada bir kez kendi resmi YouTube kanalında 'Music Note' serisi yapıyor. Music Note'ları programı esnasında görünen reklamlardan elde edilen karlar, uluslararası bir örgütün Çocuk Haklarının korunması "Çocukları Kurtarın" adlı projesine bağışlanıyor.

16 Haziran 2013 tarihinde, üçüncü mini albümleri "Bad Boys"u yayınladı.

2010–11: Debut, Line-up Changes and Rising Popularity

Prior to debut, member Minyong had been a contestant on the show Superstar K. The band was first revealed on September 27, 2010 as a five-member group and marketed as a new "idol rock band". The teaser for their debut single was released on September 29. On October 6, 2010, Led Apple performed their debut promotional single "Dash", which is a remake of a song originally sung by Baek Ji-young at the Busan International Film Festival and the music video was released the next day.The band's single was released alongside their single album, Logic Egoism Delete. They later performed the promotional single on November 11, 2010 on Mnet's M! Countdown as their debut stage.

On February 1, 2011, member I-OH announced his departure from the group on Twitter due to tuberculosis, however he did state that he would remain with the company.Vocalists of the group Minyong and Sunghyun later left due to personal reasons that were not publicly revealed. Three new members joined the band for the release of their mini-album, Niga Mwonde (Korean: 니가 뭔데; lit. Who Do You Think You Are); Hyoseok, Jaehoon and Kyumin with Jaehoon becoming leader of the band. On June 13, 2011, the band released a comeback teaser for their mini-album and title track of the same name.

On July 19, 2011, Led Apple released their second promotional single from the mini-album Niga Mwonde, "Birthday Killer"

After ending their promotions for the Niga Mwonde mini-album, leader Jaehoon left the band citing personal reasons; no other information was disclosed. On October 28, 2011, the band announced a new member would be joining them for their upcoming single, Keon U who is well known as the son of famous composer, Park Kwang-hyun.Another new member, Hanbyul was also announced on November 3 as the new appointed leader of the group alongside teaser photos of the rest of the band, thus making them a six-member group.

On November 7, the teaser for their next mini-album, CODA was released and it also revealed Led Apple's new sci-fi concept. An extended nine minute version of the teaser was also released on November 9.


2012–Present: K-Rookies Party, Vol. 1 and Solo Concerts

On January 29, 2012, Led Apple revealed a teaser for their newest single, "Time Is Up". It was later announced that Led Apple appointed the new leader of the band to be Youngjun. On February 2, the band made the their comeback stage on Mnet's M! Countdown with their newest single, "Time Is Up" and the song was released the next day. The music video was released on February 6 and the single was heavily promoted on music shows.

On March 5, Led Apple announced on their Facebook page that the band would cease their promotions for "Time Is Up" and be releasing a new digital single titled, "Sadness".Their single was released on March 9 and they also performed it on KBS's Music Bank as their comeback stage. On March 16, the band made their Japanese debut after attending the K-Rookies Party, Vol. 1 concert that took place in the Nakano Sun Plaza in Tokyo, Japan.

After ending their promotions for "Sadness", the group announced that they would be holding their first solo concert titled, Now Playing – Led Apple in Seoul, Vol. 1.The concert took place on May 11, at the Soundholic City in Seoul.

On July 5, 2012, Led Apple released a music video for their song "Run To You" from their third mini-album "Run To You".

On October 5, 2012, Led apple had their "Now playing Led apple vol.2" concert at Hongdae, v-hall.

Led apple is currently performing a 'Music Note' series on their official YouTube channel, where once a week they perform a cover. The profits that are made from the advertisements that appear when playing Music Note are donated to the international organisation that protect Children's Rights, "Save The Children".

On June 16, 2013, Led apple released their third mini album "Bad Boys".
