Bulro-dong’un, doğu yönünde yaklaşık 2 km uzakta Mt. Hyang'da yer alır. Dağın kuzeyindeki 100 m civarında yükselen yokuşları, yaklaşık 60 m yükseklikteki uçurumları bir orman örter. Bu orman Nadide Doğal Ürünlerle No:1 olarak belirtilmiş Dalsong’daki "Doğu Mazi" Ormanı olarak bilinir. Doğu Mazi, Cupressaceae ailesine yararlı olan kozalaklı bir ağaçtır. 20 m yükseklikte olabilirler. Ama bu ormanın sadece boyu 5-7 metreye uzanan ağaçlara sahip çünkü bu ormanın toprağı uzamalarına elverişli ve bu orman içindeki ağaçlar kayalıkların arasında ya da çatlamış toprak üzerinde yetişiyorlar. Kore ve Çin, Doğu Mazi'nin aslını biliyorlar. Diğer doğu mazi ormanları, nadide doğal olarak belirtilmiş ürünler içeriyorlar; bunlar Danyang'da, Chungchongbuk-do, Youngyang'da, Kyoungsangbuk-do, Andeong'da, Kyoungsangbuk-do ve Seongryu-gul'da, Uljin, Kyoungsangbuk-do’dadır. Bütün bu ormanlar aşırı yüksek uçurumların yanında yer alır, bu yüzden erişim zor oluyor. Daegu Havalimanı'ndan, Palyong Yolu üzerinde, Bulro 3 yol kesişimi yer alır. Bulro Köprüsünden, sağa döndükten sonra 10 dakikanızı alır. Dong Daegu İstasyonu'ndan otobüsle 20 dakika No: 401 taksiyle 15 dakikanızı alır.

Getting to Dalseong Forest of Oriental Arborvitae, Daegu:
For tourists, one of the most convenient ways to reach the Valley of Yeomburam Hermitage in Daegu is by taking the city bus No. 401 at the Dong-gu District Office stop. Other buses servicing the route are Bus No. 104, 105, 131, 401.
About 2 km away from Bulro-dong towards the east, stands Mt. Hyang. On the north of the mountain a thick forest covers slopes that rise about 100 m to cliffs that jut about 60m high,. This forest is known as the Oriental Arborvitae Forest in Dalsong, which is designated as Precious Natural Product No. 1.
Oriental arborvitae is a conifer belonging to the Cupressaceae family. It can grow up to 20m high, but this forest has trees that only reach a height of 5-7m because the soil of this forest is not rich, and the trees grow between rocks or on arid land in this forest. Korea and China are known as the origins of oriental arborvitae. Other oriental arborvitae forests designated as precious natural products include those atDanyang , Chungchongbuk-do , Youngyang, Kyoungsangbuk-do, Andong, Kyoungsangbuk-do and Seongryu-gul, Uljin, Kyoungsangbuk-do. All of these forests stand over very steep cliffs so they are difficult to be accessed.
From Daegu Airport, get onto Palgong Road at the Bulro 3-way intersection, turn to the right at Bulro Bridge, which takes 10 minutes. From the Dong Daegu Station, it takes 20 minutes by bus No. 401 or 15 minutes by taxi.
