Yurt dışından özel uzmanların organize ettiği performans planlaması ve sahne teknolojimizle tasarlanan özel müzikal tiyatroları. Çok amaçlı tiyatrolarla donatılmış Güneybatı bölgesinde en büyük sanat merkezi ve grubu. Burada Kore’nin yeni kültürü başlar. Bu bölgede daha önce büyük ölçekli sahne performanslarına uygun hiç tiyatro olmadığından Sanat merkezi özellikle güneybatıda yaşayan Seoullüler için bir artı. Bu kapsamlı yer şehrin kültür sahnesini ve kültürünü korumaya adamış ve bu amaç için gerekli alanları sağlamaktadır.
Merkezde 1242 kişilik tiyatro salonu ve bu amaçla kullanılan 500 kişilik çok amaçlı bir mekan vardır.

The Arts Centre is also a bonus, particularly to Seoul residents living in the south-west as there was previously no theatres suitable for large scale stage performances in this area. This comprehensive venue is dedicated to preserving the arts and culture scene of the city, and provides its spaces just for this purpose.
