Kore Animasyonları Yükselişte

Endüstri kaynakları pazar günü Güney Kore animasyon endüstrisinin yaratıcılık ve eğitime odaklanması sayesinde uluslararası piyasada hızlı şekilde büyüdüğünü açıkladı.

Güney Kore uzun yıllardır Amerikalı, Avrupalı ve Japon animasyon şirketleri için önemli bir dış kaynak olmakta. Yaratıcı Kore eserlerinin sayısı arttıkça bu durum değişti.

South Korea's animation industry is growing rapidly in the international market with the growth attributed to creativity and an educational focus, industry sources said Sunday.

South Korea has been a major source of outsourcing for American, European and Japanese animation companies for many years. That situation has changed as the number of creative Korean works increases.

S. Korean director wins best animated short award at Warsaw fest

Güney Koreli Yönetmen Varşova Festivalinde En İyi Kısa Animasyon Ödülünü Kazandı

Seoul kültür bakanlığı, bugün yaptığı açıklamada Güney Kore bir yönetmenin bu yılki Varşova Film Festivali'nde en iyi kısa animasyon ödülünü kazandığını söyledi.

Yerel saatle cumartesi günü düzenlenen kapanış seremonisinde, festivalin kısa filmler kategorisinde En İyi Ksa Animasyon ödülünün sahibi, "Noodle Fish," adlı filmle Kim Jin-man oldu.

A South Korean director has won an award for the best animated film at this year's Warsaw Film Festival, Seoul's culture ministry said Monday.

Kim Jin-man won the Best Animated Short award in the short films section of the festival with his "Noodle Fish," at the closing ceremony on Saturday (on local time), the ministry said in a news release.

South, North Buddhist groups agree on joint relic recovery project in Pyongyang

Güney ve Kuzey Budist Grupları, Pyongyang'daki Ortak Kalıntıları Onarma Projesi Üzerine Anlaştı

Güney ve Kuzey Koreli Budist grupları, Kuzey Kore'nin başkenti Pyongyang'daki bir bölgede bulunan Budist kalıntılarını çıkarıp onları restore etmek için ortak bir proje başlatma kararı aldı.

Güney Kore'deki en büyük Budist mezhebi olan Jogye Order, 16-17 Ekim tarihleri arasında Çin'deki Shenyang şehrinde yapılan bir toplantıda Kuzey Kore Budist Federasyonu ile anlaşma imzaladı.

South and North Korean Buddhist groups have agreed to launch a joint project to excavate and restore Buddhist relics in the area of Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea.

The Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, the biggest Buddhist sect in the South, struck the agreement in a meeting from Oct. 16-17 in Shenyang, China, with the (North) Korean Buddhist Federation.

King Sejong Institute Foundation Launches Wednesday

Çarşamba Günü Kral Sejong Enstitüsü Derneği Açıldı

Çarşamba sabahı Seoul'de yurtdışındaki Korece enstitülerinin yönetiminden sorumlu merkezi bir organizasyonun açılış seremonisi düzenlendi.

Kral Sejong Enstitüsü Derneği, Mayıs ayında yürürlüğe giren Kore dilinin temel eğitimi ile ilgili bir kanun revizyonu doğrultusunda kuruldu. Dernek, dört temel görev üzerinde duracak: Kore dilinde profesyonelce eğitim vermek; çeşitli programlar aracılığıyla Kore kültürünü tanıtmak; ilgili kurumlar arasında işbirliğini arttırmak; ve online olarak Korece dil programları sunmak.

Vakıf, standart ders kitapları ile müfredatı geliştirecek ve Kral Sejong Enstitüsü için daha fazla öğretmen yetiştirecek. Aynı zamanda kendi okullarında Kore kültürü ile sanatını tanıtan ve öğreten dünya çapında sanat eğitmenleri gönderilecek.

Seoul'de düzenlenen Kore Ulusal Müzesi'ndeki törene, Kültür, Spor ve Turizm Bakanı Choe Kwang-shik ve akademik kişiler de dahil olmak üzere yaklaşık 150 kişi katıldı.

A launch ceremony was held in Seoul Wednesday morning for a central organization in charge of the management of state-backed Korean-language institutes overseas.

The King Sejong Institute Foundation was established in accordance with a revision to a law on the basic education of Korean language, which was promulgated in May. The foundation will focus on four major tasks: offering more professional education of the Korean language; promoting Korean culture though various programs; boosting cooperation between related agencies; and providing online Korean language programs.

The foundation will develop the curriculum and standard textbooks and train more teachers for its King Sejong Institutes. It will also dispatch art instructors who will introduce and teach Korean culture and art at its schools all over the world.

The ceremony at the National Museum of Korea in Seoul was attended by roughly 150 people, including Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Choe Kwang-shik, and academic figures.

Güney Koreli Heykeltraş Yoo Young-ho 24 Ekim 2012 günü Uruguay, Montevideo'nun Buceo bölgesinde 'Selam Veren Adam' eserini halka açtığı tören sırasında kameralara poz verdi. Yoo'nun Güney Amerika devletine hibe ettiği 6 metrelik heykel, Kore tarzı selamlaşmayı gösteren farklı kültürel ve ırksal kökenlerin karşılıklı anlayışına dair önem taşıyor.
