Cheongsong'un, Gyeongsangbuk-do ilinin yüksek kalitedeki suyu çok ünlüdür. Cheongsong-gun ilçesindeki Cheongsong Eoreumgol Vadisi, Yeongdeok'un içindeki Okgye Vadisinde bulunur. Bu gizemli vadide su yaz zirvesinde donar ve sıcaklık 32 derecenin altına düştüğünde erir. En şok edici şey ise, kalın buzun yüksek sıcaklık almasıdır.

Pek çok insan tapınağın yakınındaki kaya oluşumlarının etrafındaki pitoresk manzarasının izlemek ya da yaz aylarındaki soğuk su içmek için burayı ziyaret eder. Buz vadinin altında Wonja Kayası adlı bir uçurum vardır ve 62 metre yüksekliğindeki yapay şelale ziyaretçilere güzel bir görünüm sunar. Kış boyunca şelale donar ve pek çok insan buz duvara tırmanmaya gelir ya da yıllık yapılan Buz Tırmanma Yarışmasına katılır. Spor içinde olmasa bile parlayan donmuş su duvarı güzel bir mekan oluşturur ve bu fotoğrafçıların favori kış zamanıdır.

Cheongsong, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province is very famous for its high-quality water. Cheongsong Eoreumgol Valley sits at Okgye Valley in Yeongdeok, Cheongsong-gun County. In this mysterious valley, water freezes during the peak of summer and melts when the temperature falls below 32 degrees Celsius. The most shocking thing though, is that the higher the temperature gets, the thicker the ice!

Many people visit here during the summer to taste the cool water or to take in the picturesque views of the surrounding rock formations and the nearby temple. There is also a cliff named Wonja Rock right below the ice valley, which provides a retreat from the heat and gives visitors a beautiful view of the 62 meter-high artifical waterfall. During the wintertime, the waterfall is frozen and many people come to climb the ice wall or participate in the annual Ice Wall Climbing Competition. Even if you're not into sports, the shining wall of frozen water makes for a beautiful site and is a wintertime favorite among the nation's photographers.
