Konusu
Okulda zorbalık yapan ve notları ortalamanın altında olan 17 yaşında bir lise öğrencisiydi. Annesi alerjisi olduğunu bilmeden salatalık yedirdiği zamandan bile daha zavallıydı. Okulda da evde de beladan başka bir şey getirmeyen Dong-ha'ya hayır işleri yapma cezası verilir.
Yetmiş bir yaşında olan büyük annesi Yeong-ae alzheimer hastasıdır. Oğlu Jeong-hwan onu terk ettiğinden beri vücudu ve ruhu yalnızlıktan ve zorluklardan bitkin düşmüştür ve hastaneden kaçmayı düşünür. Alzheimer hastasıymış gibi davranır. Çoğu ona inanır ve hastanedeki hayat daha iyiye gider.
Bir yerde, çatıdan atlamaya kalkan Dong-ha'yı tumayı başarır ve Sosyal yardımlaşma kurumunda hayır işi yapmak için onu takip eder. Kendininkinden daha kötü bir hayat yaşıyor görünen bu yalnız çocuğu izlemek onu eskisinden daha iyimser yapar.
Bir gün, Yeong-hwan karşısına çıkar ve sosyal işçi Ji Yeong, Young-ae'ye Alzheimer tedavisi olmasını tavsiye eder. Peki o Alzheimerı varmış gibi davranmaya devam mı edecek?

Synopsis
Seventeen. High school student. Bullied at school and grades are below average. The boy is even lonlier when his mother offers him cucumber without knowing he is allergic to it. Dong-ha is ordered to do charity work as he only causes trouble at school and at home.

71 years-old. Granny with Alzheimers. Yeong-ae. Her body and soul is exhausted from the loneliness and hardships of life ever since her son Jeong-hwan left her and she dreams of escaping from the convalescent hospital. She pretends to have Alzheimers. Many people fall for it and life at the hospital is getting better.

At one point, she manages to hold on to Dong-ha who attempts to jump off a roof and follows him to do charity work at the welfare community. Watching the lonely boy who seems to have life worse than she has makes her feel softer than she was before. Then one day Jeong-hwan appears in front of her and social worker Ji-yeong recommends Yeong-ae gets treated for Alzheimers. Will she continue to pretend to have Alzheimers?
