Yeosu yilinda insa edilen bu bina, Gwangju'dan Amerikali bir Hiristiyan misyoner, Wiley H. tarafindan kaldirildi.
Forsythe, 1926 yilinda, cüzamli hastalar için bir hastane olarak kullanildi. Bu Yeosu'da nadir bulunan bir binadir ve misyoner tibbi hizmet geçmisi ile ilgili degerli bir veridir.
Üst yapisi biraz degistirildi ama orjinal forum korundu.
Aeyang-won 1999 yilinda onarilmistir ve tibbi cihazlar ve fotograf verileri ekrandan gösterilen Historical Hall (Tarihsel Salon) olarak kullanilmistir.

This building, built in Yeosu, having removed from Gwangju by an American Christian missionary, Wiley H.
Forsythe, in 1926, was a hospital for leprous patients. This is a rare building in Yeosu and is a precious data in connection with the history of missionary's medical service.
The upper structure was a little changed, but the frame work retains its original form.
In 1999 Aeyang-won was repaired and has been utilized as a Historical Hall where the medical appliances and photo data of the time have been on display.
