Konusu:

Hwang Seok-young'un romanından uyarlanmıştır. "A Road to Sampo", yönetmen Lee Man-hee'nin ölümünden sonraki çalışma sonucudur. Genç inşaat işçisi Young-dal (Baek Il-seop), hapis cezası çektikten sonra memleketine dönerken bir şantiyeden diğerine dolaşıp duran Jeong (Kim Jin-kyu) isimli orta yaşlı bir adamla karşılaşır. Jeong, memleketi Sampo'yu görmeyeli 10 yıl olmuştur. Young-dal ve Jeong Baek-hwa (Moon Suk), kasabada bir restoranda buluşurlar ve kaçak bir bar hostesiyle üçünün yolculukları başlar.

Synopsis

Adapted from Hwang Seok-young's novel, A Road to Sampo is the final and posthumous work of director Lee Man-hee. Young construction worker Young-dal (Baek Il-seop) meets a middle-aged man named Jeong (Kim Jin-kyu), who is on his way back to his hometown after serving time in prison and wandering from one construction site to another. It has been ten years since Jeong has seen his hometown of Sampo. Young-dal and Jeong meet Baek-hwa (Moon Suk), a runaway bar hostess, at a restaurant in town and the three of them begin their journey together.
