Oldest silver crafts found in South Korea

Güney Gyeongsang Eyaleti, Gimhae, Daeseongdong’daki eski bir mezarda 4. yüzyılın ortalarına ait olduğuna inanılan gümüş halkalar bulundu. Boynu süslemek için kullanılan halkalar 5.2 cm çapında ve 97 ayar gümüş. Güney Kore’de bulunan en eski eşyalardır.

Shown are two silver rings discovered in an ancient tomb in Daeseongdong, Gimhae, South Gyeongsang Province and believed to date back to the mid 4th century. The rings, used to decorate a saddle, are 5.2 cm in diameter and 97 percent silver. They are the oldest such items found in South Korea.
